A bottle, semi-filled with sample, is placed during at least 30 minutes in a water bath of 20 °C. After shaking it for 10 minutes, an equilibrium has been reached. From the gas phase 100 μl is injected, separated by means of gas chromatography and detected by means of a flame ionisation detector (FID). |
