WLN-BM.W.09.1	Determination of the amount of pseudomonas aeroginosa by means of membrane filtration.	in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 16266
Principle:	The sample is filtered through a suitable membrane filter. Next the filter is incubated at 37 °C on a solid, cetrimide-containing culture medium with such selective characteristics that Pseudomonas aeruginosa will form well-defined, typical colonies. Atypical coloniesareconfirmed by the MALDI-TOF.
